Honorary Consul of Albania Shahin Omarov attended the 12th World Congress of Consuls in Brussels

Consulates from all over the world came to Brussels at the 12th World Congress of Consuls. Shakhin Omarov had the opportunity to meet with them and exchange his impressions.

The President of the Euro Council (2010-2014) Herman Fan Rompuy addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. He congratulated those present on the occasion of the opening of the Congress, and also congratulated the President of the Consular Union of Belgium on the 25th anniversary of the creation of the Union. He thanked all participants of the meeting for their daily and tireless work to improve the bilateral relations of the states in various spheres of activity.
