HONORARY CONSUL OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA IN KHARKIV

Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania met with the Chairman of the Albano-Udin Christian Community of the Republic of Azerbaijan Robert Mobili

During the meeting, Shahin Omarov spoke about the Consulate’s activities, successes and plans for the future in the development of comprehensive relations between Ukraine and Albania, including in the field of economics, education and culture. He also spoke about the activities of the Albanian diaspora in Ukraine to preserve the national and cultural traditions of the Albanian people.

He thanked Robert Mobili for his active civic stand on the restoration of historical truth and the revival of not only the Albanian Udi church, but also the whole religious life of the Udin ethnos as a whole, its non-material and spiritual culture.

This meeting will be the first step in establishing links between the Albanian diaspora in Ukraine and the Albanian-UdinChristian Church.
