Mr. Maiko Pandeli, Minister of State for the Diaspora of Albania and Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania Shahin Omarov, together with representatives of the Albanian diaspora of the Odessa region, visited Holy Transfiguration Cathedral in Bolgrad and received the spiritual blessing of Father Miroslav
