HONORARY CONSUL OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA IN KHARKIV

The team of the Honorary Consulate of Albania took part in the II territorial competition in diplomatic all-round among employees of consular offices and foreign missions

The Albanian team included: Honorary Consul of Albania, Shahin Omarov, Elvin Omarov, Ulvi Omarov, Rufat Omarov, Elmin Omarov.

The consulate team of Albania took part in all kinds of martial arts and took the first place in backgammon, 3rd place in mini-football and chess.

The competition was attended by teams representing Azerbaijan, Armenia, Brazil, Georgia, Israel, China, Slovakia, Turkey, France, the OSCE mission in Kharkov, Kharkov City Council, as well as the Youth Council under the Kharkiv mayor.

Participants competed in badminton, chess, checkers, backgammon, table tennis, shooting, darts and football billiards.

The sportsmen were greeted by the deputy mayor of Kharkiv on family, youth and sports issues Konstantin Loboichenko.

The Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Yulia Zgurskaya, also noted that this tournament helps to strengthen ties between countries: “It’s no secret that it is in this informal setting that a variety of issues are solved, ideas and projects are born. For this, we came up with these competitions, because sport unites. ”
