Shahin Omarov participated in the festivities in honour of Ukraine's Independence Day

Kharkiv celebrated Ukraine's Independence Day.

Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania, Shahin Omarov, took part in the ceremonial events held on the Constitution Square. Leaders of city and regional authorities, diplomats, law enforcement officials, NGOs, clergy, residents and guests of Kharkiv laid flowers at the Independence Monument.

Ukraine's Independence Day is not just a birthday of the state, it is a holiday to remember the generations of ancestors who created the nation and fought for statehood. The struggle continues today. We will surely win, and let the sky above our country always be kept clear.
