HONORARY CONSUL OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA IN KHARKIV

A delegation from Albania met with the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Bogdan Yaremenko.

Shahin Omarov, as part of the Albanian delegation led by the Minister of State of Albania for Diaspora Affairs, Majko Pandeli, attended a meeting with the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Bogdan Yaremenko.

The main goal of the meeting:

- Establishment of bilateral inter-parliamentary relations between Ukraine and Albania,

- coordination of the issue on accelerating the creation of the parliamentary commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on cooperation with the Albanian parliament in the fields of economy, education, culture.

Representatives of the Parliamentary Subcommittee on Diaspora Affairs of Ukraine also took part in the meeting.
