Shahin Omarov as part of the Albanian delegation took part in the celebrations on the occasion of the 107th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Albania

Solemn events on the occasion of the 107th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Albania were held at the Odessa National Theater of Musical Comedy named after M. Vodyanogo.

Representatives of the Albanian diaspora from Odessa and Zaporizhzhya regions, as well as other regions of Ukraine, arrived in Odessa on the national holiday of their historic homeland. For centuries, they carefully preserve and develop the national and cultural traditions of the Albanian people in Ukraine.

In the foyer of the theater, a meeting was held with the Minister of State of Albania for Diaspora Affairs, Majko Pandeli. After the conversation, a concert program was held, in which the National Song and Dance Ensemble of 38 people invited from Albania performed, as well as the creative team of Albanians in the Odessa region.

The vice-chairman of the Odessa Regional Council Vitaliy Svichinsky, the head of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Odessa City Council Tatyana Markova, the chairmen of the deputy commissions of the Odessa Regional and City Councils, representatives of the diplomatic corps invited to congratulate the Albanians on the national holiday.
