HONORARY CONSUL OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA IN KHARKIV

Meeting of the Consul of Albania with the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Relations and Protection of the Rights and Interests of Ukrainians Abroad of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Foreign Policy and Interparliamentary Cooperation

At the Honorary Consulate of Albania, Shahin Omarov met with the People's Deputy of Ukraine Sviatoslav Yurash and his assistants.

The Consul of Albania spoke about cooperation between Albania and Ukraine in the field of economy, education, culture, about the most important projects, both international and within Ukraine, about support for the activities of the Albanian diaspora in Ukraine, assistance in establishing their ties with their historical homeland.

Sviatoslav Yurash expressed gratitude to Shahin Omarov for the active multifaceted activity of the Consulate of Albania at the inter-parliamentary level of the two countries, as well as within Ukraine.

The parties discussed the prospects for further cooperation between the inter-parliamentary friendship groups of Ukraine and Albania and agreed to meet the representatives of the friendship group of Ukraine with their colleagues in Albania.
