HONORARY CONSUL OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA IN KHARKIV

Honorary Consul of Albania Shahin Omarov met with the head of the Kharkiv Regional Council Artur Tovmasyan

    During the meeting, Shahin Omarov congratulated Artur Tovmasyan on taking office and wished him success in his work, in particular, in the implementation of decentralization processes in the Kharkiv region. He also shared his experience of decentralization in Albania.

    Shahin Omarov spoke about the activities of the Honorary Consulate on the development of comprehensive ties between Ukraine and Albania in the field of economics, science, culture, education, tourism, about the most important implemented projects, as well as the nearest plans of the consulate.

    Shahin Omarov and Artur Tovmasyan discussed possible ways of cooperation between the Consulate and the Kharkiv Regional Council in the implementation of joint projects.
