Honorary Consul of Albania Shahin Omarov took third place in the ranking of top 10 foreign diplomats in Ukraine

The rating of public diplomacy was compiled by the Institute of World Politics on the basis of information analysis, summed up the results of 2020 in the field of diplomacy of Ukraine. According to the Honorary Consul of Albania Shahin Omarov, he took third place immediately after the Chargé d'Affaires, Christine Quinn, from the Embassy of the United States of America.

It should be noted that the dialogue between Ukraine and Albania, the development of economic relations, the transit of the experience of Euro-Atlantic integration, is stimulated by the efforts of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Albania in Kharkov, which is Albania's most powerful diplomatic mission in Ukraine.
