HONORARY CONSUL OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA IN KHARKIV

Shahin Omarov participated in events to honor the blessed memory of the outstanding scientist and teacher Ivan Fedorovich Prokopenko.

To honor the memory of the late rector of KhNPU named after Grigory Skovoroda was gathered representatives of the Kharkiv City Council, the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, the administration, the academic community, the public of the city, teachers, as well as people who knew him. People brought many flowers and were not greedy for kind words.

The Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Albania in Kharkiv and the Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after Grigory Skovoroda have warm relations; during the management of Mr. Prokopenko, classes for studying the Albanian language and culture were opened at the university.

Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania Shahin Omarov expresses hope for further development of relations between the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Albania in Kharkiv, and the new leadership of the KhNPU named after Gregory Skovoroda, as it happened during the presidency of Ivan Fedorovich Prokopenko.
