HONORARY CONSUL OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA IN KHARKIV

Honorary Consul of Albania Shahin Omarov took part in the ceremonial meeting of the Verkhovna Rada in honor of the 30th anniversary of Independence of Ukraine

Opening the meeting, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Dmitry Razumkov said that among the guests in the parliament were delegations from Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, France, Germany, Albania, PACE and the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.

The meeting was also attended by the presidents of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, presidents Leonid Kuchma, Viktor Yushchenko, Petro Poroshenko, people's deputies of the first and ninth convocations of the Ukrainian parliament, Prime Minister Denis Shmygal, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, representatives of churches and religious organizations.
