HONORARY CONSUL OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA IN KHARKIV

Honorary Consul Shahin Omarov paid an official visit to the Republic of Albania.

During the official visit to Tirana, Honorary Consul Shahin Omarov met with Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Administration of Water of the Republic of Albania, Mr. Edmond Panariti. The sides discussed the resumption of trade and economic relations between Ukraine and Albania, as well as issues of comprehensive cooperation in agriculture and science. Agricultural sector for the Albanian side is one of the priorities in the development, which received much attention at the state level. Also the sides discussed the training of Albanian staff in Ukraine to work in the agricultural sector.

The Director of the Department of Economics and International Relations of Kharkiv Regional State Administration Victor Kovalenko also took part in a visit.

In addition, during the visit the Honorary Consul held a series of meetings with officials of the Republic of Albania, and also visited the enterprises of the real sector of the economy.
