HONORARY CONSUL OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA IN KHARKIV

Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania in Kharkiv delivered a speech to students.

March 16, 2016, at the invitation of the UNESCO Chair of Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture named after Petro Vasylenko the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania in Kharkiv took part in the meeting of the debate club. Club meetings are held on the initiative of teachers of the UNESCO Chair of the University. At the meeting, the topic of influence of religions in today's world on the economic, political and social issues was raised.

Honorary Consul in a speech to the students of the University presented the state of Albania, spoke about the level of religious freedom in the country. During the meeting Islam as one of the youngest and democratic world religions was actively discussed. Shahin Omarov told about the peculiarities of the faith in the various countries, gave the students an understanding of the perception of religion in the modern world. As the Honorary Consul Shahin Omarov and Professor, Lecturer of UNESCO Chair Alexander Voroniansky agreed - today there is no connection between the crisis political and social problems of the world and the religion itself.

The meeting besides the members of the Debate Club and speakers was also attended by the teachers and students of the university.
