HONORARY CONSUL OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA IN KHARKIV

Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania in Kharkiv took part in the International Scientific Congress.

Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania in Kharkiv, Shahin Omarov, took part in the International Scientific Congress "Public administration of the XXI century: foresight of success." The Congress was organized by Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. The event was attended by the representatives of scientific circles from Ukraine and from abroad, representatives of local authorities, the diplomatic corps of Kharkiv.

Honorary Consul Shahin Omarov made a welcoming speech at the plenary session, noting the high importance and potential of such events, and wished all the guests and participants of the international congress productive work.

The aim of the Congress was the compilation and presentation of the results of scientific researches in the field of science of public administration and the practice of states, developing of proposals to improve the effectiveness of the institutions of state and local authorities.
