HONORARY CONSUL OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA IN KHARKIV

In the Republic of Albania the stage of the international social project passed.

May 24 in Tirana, capital of Albania, the stage of the International social project "Children for peace around the world" was hosted. The event was organized at the initiative of the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania in Kharkiv Shahin Omarov. A project was held at the school named after Niket Dardani. The event was able to organize with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Parliament, the Ministry of Education and Sports, as well as the school administration. The project was attended by the MP of the Albanian Parliament, the Chairman of the Group for Inter-parliamentary Relations with Ukraine - Piro Lutaj, Director of the Department for Europe and Central Asia of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Albania Mimoza Halimi, representatives of the Ministry of Education - Director of the Department of diasporas, as well as the Director the Department of Regional Education of Tirana.

Students of the school of all ages wrote their wishes for peace on paper doves and stuck them on the map of Albania. The map, which was prepared by 450 Ukrainian children and broke the record of Ukraine, Honorary Consul of Albania presented to the Parliament through  Mr. Piro Lutaj. All participants were awarded with diplomas of participation in this event, as well as traditional Ukrainian sweets.
