Honorary Consul visited Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs

June 18 at the invitation of the rector of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania in Kharkiv Shahin Omarov took part in the celebrations on the occasion of the release of the University students and their dedication to the defenders of the rule of law. The graduates were presented with insignia lieutenants and senior lieutenants of police.
