Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania in Kharkiv Shahin Omarov visited the Department of day care of the territorial center of Kyivsky district in Kharkiv. Honorary Consul presented a loaf with wishes of health, well-being, with words of sincere deep gratitude for their feat of arms, selfless work, love to the country. Wards of the center prepared 25 creative performances on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Independence of Ukraine.
