Honorary Consul took part in the opening of the “VI Agro-industrial exhibition” and forum dedicated to the farming support “Agroport East Kharkiv 2017”

Dr. Shakhin Omarov participated in the Strategic Forum, dedicated this year to the World Food Day, within which will be revealed the potential of external and domestic agricultural markets.
The forum was attended by regional leaders, representatives of central and local authorities, international experts, representatives of public organizations and profile business. Subjects of the forum are reviewing markets of dairy products, grain crops, oil-bearing crops, and also perspective export directions, among which there are organic production, vegetables and fruits, products with the added cost.
Within the framework of the Forum it is planned to discuss the problems of climate changes and adaptation of the agriculture of Eastern Ukraine to new conditions, also it is planned to hold Field Day on the demonstration fields of the Kharkiv National Agricultural University named after V.V. Dokuchaev.
