The Kharkiv forum is the largest Eastern economic forum, which this year became an anniversary forum. President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko delivered a welcoming speech. In his speech, he touched upon both economic issues and issues related to the political and diplomatic spheres.

35 foreign delegations, 18 extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassadors of foreign countries, 600 participants - diplomats, representatives of business circles, foreign partners, investment and consulting companies, a representative delegation from the Chinese province of Heilongjiang (the sister city of the Kharkov region), as well as a separate Finnish region South Karelia.

The Albanian delegation included:

-Shpresa Kureta - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to Ukraine,

- Shahin Omarov - Honorary Consul of Albania in Kharkiv,

- Dritan Bayraktari - the representative of the company «Aler Travel»,

- Agim Rapay - Chairman of the Union AGROSOYUZ Albania

- Arjol Shero - General Manager of the company "Agro Konipol",

- Ferdinand Ibrakhimi - President of the company JSC Ferlut,

- Piro Begvarfi - businessman, translator, assistant to the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania in Kharkov (Albania),

-Elvin Omarov - translator, assistant to the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Albania in Kharkiv.
