Condolence to the death of the Mayor of Gdansk Pavel Adamovich

The Honorary Consul of Albania, Shahin Omarov, visited the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in the city of Kharkiv.

At a meeting with the Consul General of the Republic of Poland Janusz Jablonski, Shahin Omarov expressed his condolences to the Government of the Republic of Poland and residents of the city of Gdansk for irreparable loss in connection with the death of the Mayor of Gdansk, Pavel Adamovich.

The 53-year-old mayor of Gdansk, Pavel Adamovich, will be buried on Saturday, January 19. He died on January 14 from the gunfight received on the eve of the knife wounds during the All-Poland action of kindness. This day is declared the day of national mourning. Public prosecution of a mentally abusive offender over a well-known politician led to an action in memory of him more than 15 thousand people. The measure has already been called victim of an atmosphere of hatred.

Pavel Adamovich is called a great friend of Ukraine. He collaborated with Ukrainian counterparts and supported Ukraine.
